� � RESOLUTION NO. R2000-163 � RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONTRACT AMENDMENT No. l BLANK,WESSELINK. COOK&ASSOCIATES ''� WHEREAS the City of Decatur has an existing contract with Blank, Wesselink, Cook & �� Associates (BWC) for architectural and engineering services relating to the proposed multi-modal transportation center, and that contract has a maximum amount of$99,687.00; i WHEREAS BWC was required to do, and has completed work that was outside of the scope of the original contract,to the amount of$20,354.29; and I WHEREAS the proposed Amendment No. 1 would increase the maximum amount of this contract by$20,354.29, raising it from$99,687.00 up to $120,041.29; NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That Amendment No. 1, presented to the Council herewith, to the Agreement for ArchitecturaUEngineering services between the City of Decatur and Blank, Wesselink, Cook & Associates (dated May 17, 1999) regarding architectural and engineering services for the proposed multi-modal transportation center, be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Decatur be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to sign, seal, and attest said Amendment No. 1 on behalf of the City of Decatur.
