� , <br /> CONTRACT AMENDMENT <br /> CONTRACT AMENDMENT NO. 1 <br /> DATE: 7/31/00 <br /> PROJECT: MULTI MODAL TRANSPORTATION CENTER <br /> OWNER: CITY OF DECATUR <br /> ARCHITECT/ENGINEER: BLANK, WESSELINK, COOK& ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> The agreement for ArchitecturaVEngineering services dated May 17, 1999 by and between the <br /> City of Decatur and BLANK, WESSELINK, COOK& ASSOCIATES is amended as follows: <br /> A. ARTICLE II Scope of Work shall be modified to include additional A/E <br /> Services as follows: <br /> 001. Feasibility study and preliminary design of proposed second floor <br /> including floor plan, exterior elevation development and preliminary <br /> cost estimate. <br /> 002. Preparation of Rendering and presentation boards and other materials for <br /> City Council meeting on Apri124, 2000. <br /> 003. Feasibility study and preliminary cost estimate and preparation of <br /> drawings and specifications for addition of basement including related <br /> cietails. <br /> 004. Assist City of Decatur in responding to IDOT 30% review comments <br /> relating to justification of basement and 1�`floor space utilization. Work <br /> included schematic layout to indicate occupant load versus proposed <br /> spaces and the preparation of the formal response to IDOT questions. <br />
