Supply 6000 cu.ft. of 0.85-1.20mm uc 1.40 anthracite in supersacks with lifting straps. <br /> Totai delivered price: $29,400.00 <br /> #2. Owner to unload delivered material. <br /> #3. Install 6000 cu.ft. of anthracite into a total of(6) filters. Ail installation will be done <br /> via slurry process and in accordance with A.W.W.A.B100-96 Standards. A minimum <br /> of(2) filters will be done at one time. Should in the event the owner be able to release <br /> more than two filters at one time he will do so at his discretion. <br /> No skimming will be part of this agreement. <br /> # 4. The owner shall provide a fork lift and water at no cost to A.S.C.C.. <br /> # 5. The disposal of the used bags will be the responsibility of the owner. <br /> # 6. The lump sum cost for the installation of the filter media will be: $5,400.00. <br /> It should be noted that A.S.C.C. figured prevailing wage on this project. <br /> # 7. It will be necessary for the owner to sign a patent, copyright and secrecy agreement <br /> pertaining to our slurry system. Which shall become a part of this or any other <br /> agreement. <br /> # S. Any delays, additional work or materials will be charged at a time and material rate <br /> as follows. $42.35 per man per hour reg. time, $53.75 per man per hour ot., $27.50 per <br /> hour service truck -w/utility trailer, $125.00 per hour inductor with hoses and <br /> fittings. <br /> DEFAULT: Should in the event All Service Contracting Corp. or the City of Decatur default <br /> under this agreement, then the party in default shall be responsible for any attorney <br /> fees incurred by the party enforcing this agreement. <br /> All Service Contracting Corp.
