This need is generally the result of normal maintenance and repair. <br /> The Engineering Division prepared the plans and specifications for the project with <br /> alternates as follows: <br /> Alternate #1 provided plain concrete with a scared j oint pattern <br /> Alternate #2 provided dyed concrete with a scored joint pattern <br /> Alternate #3 provided dyed and stamped concrete � <br /> Bids were received and opened on August 31, 2000.
