R2000-147 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PROPOSALS AND <br /> AUTHORIZING CONTRACTS <br /> SEGNO COMMUNICATIONS, INC. <br /> -CHADMOORE COMMUNICATIONS - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the proposals of Segno Communications, Inc. to add programming <br /> capacity to City radios to enable them to better access the City's network, and of Chadmoore <br /> Communications to act as the back-up service provider for said network, be, and the same are <br /> hereby,placed on file and accepted. <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager, or his designee, be, and he is hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to negotiate a purchase order or agreement with Segno Communications, Inc. for a price <br /> not to exceed Twelve T'housand Dollars ($12,000.00), and with Chadmoore Communications for <br /> a price not to exceed Twenty Six Thousand Dollars ($26,000.00), for the provision of services as <br /> herein described. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 21 st day of August, 2000. <br /> TERRY M.
