Cantrell, 115 S.Hilton <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, has found and does hereby find <br /> that certain structures within the City located on premises at the addresses set out on Exhibit A, <br /> hereto attached and hereby made a part hereof, are dangerous and unsafe, or are uncompleted or <br /> abandoned; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the better interest of the general public health, safety and welfare that <br /> said structures be repaired or demolished. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
