Hawley and City Council Members <br /> FROM: Steve Garm ' Manager L <br /> A. 7. Krieger, A sistant City Manager <br /> SUBJECT: Agreement with Blank, Wesselink, Cook& Associates for O1deTowne <br /> Redevelopment Project Phase II Project Design Work <br /> Approval of the attached resolution will authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with <br /> Blank, Wesselink, Cook& Associates (BWC) for a not to exceed amount of$45,000 for Phase II <br /> project design work within the O1deTowne Redevelopment Area. <br /> BWC will provide planning and technical assistance with the formulation of design/aesthetic � <br /> guidelines, engineering estimates, and other professional work during the project identification <br /> and design phase. The specific tasks to be performed by both the City and BWC are attached to <br /> the resolution. <br /> BWC will notify the City at 25%, 50%, and 75% intervals of the not to exceed limit so as to <br /> closely monitor project costs. Funding for this specific activity was included in the FY 00-01 <br /> , Economic and Urban Development Department budget. � <br />
