2. Completion—That all services as stated in Paragraph 1 of THE ENGINEER AGREES are to <br /> be completed under this AGREEMENT within a 4 to 5 week period in accordance with <br /> Enclosure 2 after the CITY issues a written Notice to Proceed. All reimbursement provisions <br /> of this AGREEMENT are based on such completion. <br /> 3. Successors and Assigns — That the CITY and the ENGINEER bind themselves, their <br /> successors, executors, administrators, and assigns to the other party of this AGREEMENT, <br /> and to the successors, administrators, and assigns of such other party in respect to all <br /> covenants of the AGREEMENT. <br /> IN WITNESS WH�REOF, the parties hereto have caused this AGREEMENT to be executed. <br /> Executed by the City of Decatur, State of <br /> Illinois, this 7th day of Aug., 2000, acting by <br /> and through its City Council. <br /> ATTEST: � <br /> , -� <br /> By: �., li�i1� By: <br /> Terry M. ey <br /> M <br /> Executed by the Engineer, this 10th day of <br /> July, 2000.
