, <br /> , RESUME <br /> ' JOHN LATSHAW <br /> , Experience and Qualifications Relevant to the Proposed Project: <br /> ' John Latshaw formed TELE SCAN, INC., a televised pipeline <br /> inspection company in 1990, of which he is President of and Owner. <br /> � TELE SCAN, INC. specializes in visual inspection of pipelines and <br /> other confined space by use of closed circuit television cameras. Their <br /> ' major projects have been with municipal and industrial clients throughout <br /> Illinois and Indiana, totaling 3,000,000 lineal feet. <br /> , He has had extensive training both in house and with the <br /> equipment manufacturer in Orlando, Florida. The growth of TELE SCAN, <br /> INC in the past 10 years is a direct result of his expertise and knowledge <br /> ' of both the electronics and capability of the T.V. equipment. He also <br /> gained appreciable knowledge of waste water systems and flow <br />' characteristics of various types of pipe material. He has proven to be <br /> � capable of recognizing and assessing the structural integrity of the piping, <br /> which is expressed in both his tape narration and field report. <br /> � John has been responsible for the coordination of projects totaling <br /> in excess of 3,000,000 L.F. including efforts of sub contractors as well as <br /> traffic control and safety. He is also proficient in field engineering surveys, <br /> ' smoke testing, dye testing, as well as comprehensive evaluation of <br /> underground piping systems for sanitary and storm sewers. <br /> ' TELE SCAN, INC. added trenchless sewer repair equipment to <br /> their"tool box" in 1999.
