King for the <br /> Neighborhood Services Division. <br /> Staff is requesting to repeal Resolution #R2000-29 from March 13, 2000. A contract was <br /> originally awazded to Jeffers Excavating. Mr. Jeffers is unable to fulfill the contract due to a <br /> change in EPA requirements for contractors. <br /> The second low bidder, Don Roderick has completed the class EPA requires for certification. It <br /> is staff recommendation to award the contract to Don Roderick to demolish the property located <br /> at 250 E. King for$8500. <br />
