The �epartment shall <br /> authorize the State Comptroller's Office to disbu�se payment of the grant funds as <br /> follows: <br /> (a) Proiects Not Requirin� External Si�n-offs 100qo of the entire grant award upon <br /> the Depa�tment's execution of this Agreement. <br /> (b) Projects Reauirin� External Sign-offs. Payment will be autho�ized pursuant to <br /> the provisions of Exhibit 1. <br /> Note: Reimbursement of costs incurred prior to the 8eginning Date specified in the <br /> Notice of Grant Award is subject to approval of the �epartment. <br /> 2.4 PROJECT COMPLETION DATE. Notwithstanding the end date stated in the <br /> Notice of Grant Awa�d. the Project shall be deemed complete when all activities <br /> described in Part III hereof have been fully performed and grant funds have been <br /> expended or legally obligated by the Grantee for such activities pursu.ant to Parts I and <br /> III hereof. Grantee shall notify the Department of the Project Completion Date through <br /> the submittal of the Final Report described in Section 2.5 below. <br /> 2.5 REPORTING REOUIREMENTS. In addition to any other documents specified in <br /> this Agreement, the Grantes must submit the following reports and information in <br /> accordance with the provisions hereof. <br /> (.a) Final Reports: Grantee shall submit a Final Status Report and a Final Expense <br /> Report, in the fo�mat provided by the Department, which address the activities <br /> performed by the Grantee, certification of expenditure of the grant funds, project <br /> impacts, etc. The Final Reports are due no later than 30 days following the Project <br /> Completion Date. <br /> (b) Close-out Reoort. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 5.4 <br /> hereof, the Close-out report described therein is due upon the earlier of 45 days from the <br /> Pro�ect Completion Oate o� 45 days following the Grant End date stated in the Notice of <br /> Grant Award. <br /> (c) Additional Information. Upon request by the Depa�tment, the Grantee shall, <br /> within 10 business days of its receipt of such a request, submit additional written <br />
