At least one home in this area frequently encounters a flooded crawl space.
City staff's review of this matter confirmed the need for drainage improvements to
mitigate the flooding problems. The flooding is generally caused by flat street grades in
Moundford Avenue, and the lack of storm sewer inlets to intercept and drain the storm water
runoff.
The Engineering Division prepared the plans and specifications for the project. Bids
were received and opened on June 8, 2000.
