The City shall cause its utilities installed within the <br /> limits of roadway after said roadway's jurisdiction is assumed by the <br /> STATE to be relocated and/or adjusted if required, at no expense to the <br /> STATE. <br /> Transfer of Jurisdiction or details concerning maintenance responsibilities will <br /> be addressed in the formal agreement prepared by the STATE, based upon <br /> previous Agreements, Letters of Understanding, and in accordance to the <br /> STATE's policy. <br /> This Letter of Intent befinreen the City of Decatur and the STATE will provide <br /> confirmation of agreed items from our coordination with you and will become <br /> a part of the formal agreement prepared by the STATE when the project is <br /> ready to let for construction. <br /> Two (2) copies of this Letter of Intent are enclosed.
