The City <br /> Clerk's Office is located on the third floor of the Decatur Civic Center, One Gary K. Anderson <br /> Plaza, Decatur, Illinois. Offers submitted after such time will not be considered, except at the <br /> discretion of City Council. <br /> The City reserves the right to reject any and all offers, to negotiate with any party submitting an <br /> offer, or any other party, and to accept any offer, after negotiations or otherwise, which is <br /> deemed in the best interests of the City by the City Council regardless of price, in the exercise of <br /> its home rule powers. <br /> The City hereby provides a 30 day public notice regarding the disposition of real estate acquired <br /> with federal Community Develoment Block Grant funds, pursuant to 24 CFR 570.505. The sale <br /> and disposition will be based upon the fair market value as determined by a certified appraisal. <br /> Any proceeds of the disposition are program income and will be handled pursuant to 24 CFR <br /> 570.504. Written comments may be submitted to the Neighborhood Services Manager, at the <br /> aforementioned address.
