That the Agreement presented to the Council herewith between the City of Decatur <br /> and the State of Illinois, Department of Transportation, for the construction of improvements to portions <br /> of U.S. Routes 51 South and North,be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
