"EXHIBIT B" <br /> STANDARD CLAUSES FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CONTR.ACTS � <br /> 1. Audit and Inspection of Records. "The Contractor sha.11 permit the <br /> authorized representatives of the U. S. Department of Transportation and the <br /> Comptroller General of the United States to inspect and audit all data and <br /> records of the contractor relating to his performance under the contracts." <br /> 2. Equal Emplovment Opportunity. "In connection with the execution <br /> of this contract, the contractor shall not discriminate against any employee or <br /> applicant for employment because of race, religion, color, sex or national <br /> origin. The contractor shall take �rmative actions to insure that applicants <br /> are employed, and that employees are treated during their employment, <br /> without regazd to their race, religion, color, sex or national origin. Such <br /> actions shall include, but not be limited to, the following: employment, <br /> upgrading, demotion, or transfer, recruitment, or other forms of compensation; <br /> and selection for training, including apprenticeship." <br /> 3. Interest of Members of ConQress. "No member of or delegate to the <br /> Congress of the United States shall be admitted to any share or part of this <br /> contract or to any benefit arising therefrom." <br /> 4. Interest of Public O�cials. "No member, officer, or employee of the <br /> public body or of a local public body during his tenure or for one year thereafter <br /> shall have any interest direct or indirect, in this contract or the proceeds thereof." <br />
