These funds were allocated in the 2000/2001 budget and included in the <br /> Five Year Consolidated Plan submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban <br /> Development on March 15, 2000. The funds will be used for operating costs, a CPTED program <br /> for low/mod income homeowners, and a low/mod income youth program. <br /> The attached resolution authorizes an agreement with CONO. <br /> Attachment <br /> i <br />
