Assessment Grant Application <br /> Please find attached a grant application to Save Outdoor Sculpture (SOS!) to provide funding for <br /> the assessment of two additional sculptures: At Twenty-one I Came to Illinois and Lincoln the <br /> Lawyer. If awarded, Conservation of Objects and Sculpture Studio (CSOS) of Chicago, Illinois <br /> will prepare assessments of the sculptures in April or early May, 2000. Completion of the <br /> assessments will allow the City of Decatur, Millikin University and the Decatur Public Building <br /> Commission to then apply for treatment funds during calendar year 2000. <br /> Estimates of cost for each assessment is $300 per sculpture. SOS! may grant full or partial <br /> awards for each sculpture in the application. Millikin University and the Decatur Public Building <br /> Commission, owners of the above sculptures, have agreed to pay any assessment costs over and <br /> above the grant awards. The City of Decatur will not administer these funds, they will be <br /> administered by Save Outdoor Sculpture directly to Conservation of Objects and Sculpture <br /> Studio. <br />
