RESOLUTION NO. R2000-46 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF AN ENGAGEMENT CONTRACT <br /> -FINANCIAL AUDIT- <br /> PANDOLFI.TOPOLSKI.WEISS & CO..LTD <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE COLTNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the proposal received for financial audit services of the City of Decatur, <br /> and presented herewith,be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Pandolfi, Topolski, Weiss & Co., LTD be accepted and an <br /> engagement contract awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the City Manager and Director of Financial Management be, and they <br /> are hereby, authorized and directed to execute an engagement contract between the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois and Pandolfi, Topolski, Weiss & Co. LTD, for said audit services for their <br /> proposal of $54,000, with the City having the right of renewal for the following four (4) fiscal <br /> years for the prices indicated in said proposal. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April, 2000. <br /> erry M.
