We would <br /> appreciate payment of these invoices as they are received. Our fee assumes that we will be <br /> provided auditable trial balances for all funds, that all bank accounts and investment accounts will <br /> be reconciled through the end of the year being audited to the trial balances, that any interfund <br /> accounts will balance, that audit lead schedules will be prepared for us to support or clarify <br /> amounts reported on balance sheet accounts, and that requested information such as invoices, <br /> contracts, grant agreements and supporting documentation will be located and provided to us. <br /> Should future accounting pronouncements, government reporting standards or a request by the <br /> City significantly affect the scope of our work, a fee adjustment may need to be negotiated. In <br /> addition, this fee does not include the implementation of GASB Statement No. 3�. <br /> * Our fee increase will be the lessor of 3% or the Consumer Price Index with 2000 as the base <br /> year. <br />
