R2000-39 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL AND <br /> AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT <br /> FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br /> CITY PROJECT 9823 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City has requested proposals for professional services for the digital <br /> scanning of the Engineering Division's aperture cards. <br /> Section 2. That the proposal of ImageMax, Inc., be accepted and a contract awarded, <br /> accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
