R2000-35 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT <br /> JASPER STREET/SOUTHEAST SEWER <br /> REHABILITATION <br /> CITY PROJECT 9955 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 9955, Jasper Street / <br /> Southeast Sewer Rehabilitation, and presented herewith be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bids of Coastal Gunite Construction, be accepted and contracts <br /> awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
