R99-209 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> FOR FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Administrative Flexible Spending Account II Agreement, between <br /> Vista Administrators, Inc., and the City of Decatur, effective January 1, 1999, and renewable <br /> annually unless terminated under the provisions of Article 5.01 and there being no change in <br /> conditions, is hereby extended until conditions warrant non renewal, and the same is hereby <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2.
