RESOLUTION NO. R99-208 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MEMBERSHIP <br /> IN THE <br /> PARTNERSHIP FOR SAFE WATER <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That achieving optimum water quality has become a necessity. Therefore, <br /> the Council is in support of inembership for the City in the Partnership For Safe Water. <br /> Section 2. That the Agreement presented to the Council herewith between the <br /> Partnership for Safe Water and the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, received, <br /> placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 3. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to <br /> sign the Partnership Agreement. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of November, 1999. <br /> Terry .
