Their programs serve youth and families at-risk of abuse and/or neglect and special <br /> needs youth(i.e. Webster-Cantrell Hall, Futures Unlimited, etc.) and will be culturally sensitive <br /> and diverse in nature. <br /> FUNDING REQUESTED: $24,590 <br /> FUNDING RECOMMENDATION: 2$ 4,500 <br /> REVISED FUNDING RECOMMENDATION: 24 500 <br /> RATIONALE: Based on HUD statutory and regulatory requirements this program meets <br /> the national objective for benefit to low/moderate income persons and is <br /> therefore eligible for funding.
