i � , � <br /> � <br /> SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT <br /> CDBG PROGRAM YEAR 2000 <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, entered this 15th day of Februarv , 2000 by and between the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois (herein called the "City") and Torrence Park Nei�?hborhood Or�anization <br /> (herein called the "Subrecipient"). <br /> WHEREAS, the Grantee has applied for and received funds from the United States Government <br /> under Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, Public Law 93-383; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City wishes to engage the Subrecipient to assist the City in utilizing such funds; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed between the parties hereto that; <br /> 1. SCOPE OF SERVICE <br /> A. Activities <br /> The subrecipient will be responsible for the Fiscal Year 2000-2001 for the <br /> youth alternative afterschool and tutoring program. <br /> Program Delivery <br /> Activity: <br /> Benefit to low/moderate income families.
