AGREEMENT I <br /> AGREEMENT made by and between the City of Decatur, Illinois, municipal corporation <br /> ("City") and Drywall Associates, Inc. <br /> For and in consideration of the promises and obligations made and assumed hereunder, <br /> the City and Drywall Associates, Inc. agree as folbws: <br /> Section 1. Drywall Associates will perform the following scope of services at the City's <br /> Records Center, located on the second floor of the Library Annex (former Sears Automotive <br /> Center 444 East Main Street Decatur Illinois: <br /> ), , � <br /> • construction of two block walls per attached drawing 51 lineal feet to roof <br /> deck; <br /> • 3'0 x 7'0 steel door and frame, closure and lockset; <br /> • installation of chain length fence approximately 27 lineal feet x 12' with gate <br /> door; <br /> • upgrade fluorescent lighting to provide a minimum of 100 foot-candles over <br /> the area at a height of 30" above floor level; <br /> • installation of a dialer security system to automatically summon Police and <br /> Fire Departments in the event of intrusion / fire, system shall include motion <br /> detection devices, door alarm,water flow device and control panel; <br /> • installation of ventilation / air conditioning / humidity control to provide <br /> minimuxn HVAC requirements for storage area; <br /> • relocate existing suspended heater into storage area; <br /> • insure proper drainage for existing roof; and, <br /> • installation of new electrical service for storage area, size for appropriate use. <br />
