1 j <br /> "Person" means natural persons, partnerships, associations, corporations and <br /> public bodies. <br /> "Principal Amount" means $750,000. '� <br /> "Principal Payment Date" means an Interest Payment Date occurring on or after <br /> August 4, 2000. <br /> "Project" means the acquisition, construction, installation and equipping of a new <br /> one (1) story building of approximately 14,400 square feet and adjacent paved parking <br /> area, all of which will be situated on a two (2) acre site located at 2715 North 27th Street, <br /> Decatur, Illinois, said location being within the territorial boundaries of the Issuer, to be <br /> owned and operated by the Company, and which when completed will be used by the <br /> Company to provide programs and services to individuals with disabilities within the <br /> Company's twelve (12) county service area, to help people with disabilities increase their <br /> independence and quality of life and to provide conference rooms, therapy rooms, <br /> administrative offices, activity rooms, child care rooms, kitchen, community room, toy <br /> learning center and case management offices, all necessary for the delivery of the <br /> Company's programs and services, all located on the land, as defined in the Loan <br /> Agreement (the "Land"), together with all Project Equipment, to be financed with the <br /> proceeds of the Bonds, as each term is defined and described in the Loan Agreement. <br /> "Project Equipment" means the personal property set forth in Exhibit B of the <br /> Mortgage. <br /> "Project Fund" means "The City of Decatur Economic Development Revenue <br /> Bonds Project Fund (Easter Seals Central Illinois, Inc. Project)" created by Section 5 <br /> hereof. <br /> "Rebate Fund" means "The City of Decatur Economic Development Revenue <br /> Bonds Rebate Fund (Easter Seals Central Illinois, Inc. Project)" created by Section 9 <br /> hereof. <br /> "Register" means the books for the registration and transfer of all Bonds issued <br /> hereunder and maintained pursuant to the Bond Registrar and Paying Agent Agreement. <br /> "Registered Owner(s)" means the Bondholder. <br /> "Supplemental Assignment of Rents and Leases" means any amendment or <br /> supplement to the Assignment of Rents and Leases entered into pursuant Section 3.10 of <br /> the Loan Agreement. <br /> "Supplemental Loan Agreement" means any amendment or supplement to this <br /> Loan Agreement entered into pursuant Section 3.10 of the Loan Agreement. <br /> 6 <br />
