The City shall pay BWC for work completed at the hourly rates set forth on Exhibit 2 <br /> hereto; provided that, in no event shall the City be liable to BWC for any sum in excess of Forty <br /> Five Thousand Dollars ($45,000.00) pursuant to this agreement. BWC shall invoice the City <br /> monthly, as stated on said Exhibit 2. <br /> 5.
