B. Notification and Contract Dates <br /> Selected firm notified 12-6-99 <br /> Contract date 12-31-99 <br /> The City of Decatur will have all records ready for review and management <br /> personnel available to meet with the firm's personnel upon request of contractor <br /> when given 48 hours notice. <br /> C. Entrance Conferences,Progress Reporting and Exit Conferences <br /> At a minimum,the following conferences should be held by the dates indicated on <br /> the schedule: <br /> 1) Entrance conference with Chief Leslie Albert and all key fire <br /> department personnel the week of Jan. 10, 2000. <br /> The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss the origin of the study <br /> and the interim work to be performed. This meeting will also be used <br /> to establish the overall liaison for the study and other needs of the <br /> consultant. <br /> 2) Progress conference with Chief Leslie Albert, key fire department <br /> personnel and city staff. <br /> 3) Exit conference with Chief Leslie Albert,key fire department personnel <br /> and city staff. <br /> 4) Exit conference with City Council if requested. <br /> D. Date Final Report is Due <br /> The final report and 10 copies should be delivered to the Fire Chief no later <br /> than April 14, 2000. <br /> V. ASSISTANCE TO BE PROVIDED TO THE CONSULTANT AND REPORT <br /> PREPARATION <br /> A.
