. � <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 99-168 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER <br /> WATERMAIN EXTENSION PROGRAM <br /> CITY PROJECT 9801 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the agreement between Bodine Services, Inc. and the City of Decatur be, <br /> and the same is hereby modified to authorize a pipeline material change at an additional cost of <br /> $29,440.00. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized to execute such Change Orders <br /> as are necessary to effect the intent hereof. <br /> Section 3. That the changes in the above-described agreements are germane to said <br /> agreements, as signed, and such changes are in the best interest of the City of Decatur and are <br /> authorized by law. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 4th day of October 1999. <br /> . <br /> �M.
