The unused DIP will <br /> be stored at the City's Municipal Services Center and used on a project in the near <br /> future. <br /> The contractor has provided staff with the cost to purchase the PVC pipe for use on <br /> Wyckles Road. The cost of the substitute pipe material is $29,440. The funds for this <br /> project will be from the Water Fund. <br /> It is recommended by staff that the City Council approve a change order to the <br /> City's contract for the Water main Extension Program, City Project 9801 with Bodine <br /> Services, Inc. in the amount of $29,440.00 for the pipeline material change and that the <br /> Mayor be authorized to execute the change order. <br /> City staff will be available to answer questions that the Council may have at the <br /> meeting. <br /> attach.: 2 <br /> cc: Phillip R.
