The firms of Forsythe <br /> & Associates, Inc., West Covina, California; Southeast <br /> Transit Management, Inc., Alexandria, Virginia; and, TCT <br /> Transit Services, Knoxville, Tennessee, submitted <br /> correspondence stating they were not interested in <br /> submitting a formal proposal at this time. <br /> The five firms and interview schedule were: Progressive <br /> Transportation Services, Inc., Horseheads, New York; PTM <br /> Limited, Cincinnati, Ohio; Ryder / ATE Inc., Cincinnati, <br /> Ohio; McDonald Transit Associates, Inc., Ft. Worth, Texas; <br /> and MV Transportation, Fairfield, California <br /> Candidates responded to questions raised by the Ad-Hoc <br /> Evalua.tion Committee including what steps your firm <br /> takes when it begins a new operation; what will your firm <br /> recommend to improve ridership; describe some successful <br /> � transit innovations; what training programs will your firm <br />, offer employees; does your firm have a formal preventive <br />
