That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 9949, Annual Sanitary <br /> Sewer Improvements/Replacements, and presented herewith be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Visu-Sewer Clean & Seal, Inc., be accepted and a contract <br /> awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
