McChancy, Mass Transit Administrator�l � <br /> SUBJECT: Authorization to Request Bids -Demolition of Parking Garage, <br /> 353 East William Street <br /> Blank, Wesselink and Cook have developed specifications for the demolition of Parking Garage <br /> A, 353 East William Street. The plans are being reviewed by the Illinois Department of <br /> Transportation (IDOT) and the Federal Transit Authority(FTA). This is the location of the new <br /> multi-modal transportation center. Attached are specifications for the demolition. A set of <br /> demolition plans are available in the City Clerk's office for review. <br /> Staff is requesting authorization to request bids for the demolition of the parking structure. Any <br /> authorization will be contingent upon approval by IDOT and FTA. <br /> attach: Demolition Specifications <br />
