McChancy, Mass Transit Administrator <br /> ,�yi� <br /> SUBJECT: Termination of Ryder/ATE Interim Agreement <br /> Per stipulations of the interim agreement with Ryder/ATE for operation and management of the <br /> Decatur Public Transit System, the City of Decatur is providing 70 day notice to terminate the <br /> agreement effective November 30, 1999. The attached resolution authorizes the City Manager to <br /> give such notice. Staff will be present to answer any questions. <br />
