R99-149 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING WATER SERVICE AGREEMENTS <br /> -3491 NORTH TAYLOR AVE.- � <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the agreement for water service outside of the corporate limits presented <br /> to the Council herewith, between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and the owners of the premise <br /> commonly known as 3491 North Taylor Ave., be and the same hereby are, received, placed on <br /> file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
