E., Traffic Engineer yyrG t'r <br /> SUBJECT: City Parking Garage C Joint Replacement <br /> City Project 9945 � <br /> An item on the agenda for the September 7, 1999, City Council meeting is the acceptance of <br /> bids and award of a contract for expansion joint replacement in City Parking Garage C, located <br /> on the northeast corner of Franklin and Wood Streets. <br /> This project will consist of removing and replacing the existing expansion joints on the <br /> upper level of the garage with a higher quality joint than that used previously. <br /> The project plans and specifications were prepared by the Traffic Engineer. The project was <br /> advertised July 28, 1999, and bids were opened on August 17, 1999.
