E., Traffic Engineer Iy(.e� <br /> SUBJECT: Agreement with the State of Illinois to Provide Truck Access Road <br /> Program Funds for the Improvement of the Intersection of 21 st and <br /> Locust Streets <br /> An item on the agenda for the September 7, 1999, City Council meeting is an Agreement <br /> between the City of Decatur and the State of Illinois to provide Truck Access Road Program <br /> funds for the improvement of the intersection of 21 st and Locust Streets. <br /> This Agreement provides for the State of Illinois to contribute $10,000 toward the proposed <br /> intersection improvement. The construction work will be completed under City Project 9851. <br /> Staff will be present to answer any questions the Council may have. <br /> attach: 3 <br />
