Prairie for <br /> the Community Development Department. <br /> The bidders were asked to submit bid bonds with their proposal and the low bidder has expressed <br /> his intent to submit his performance bond for 100% of the total contract. <br /> It is staff recommendation to accept the low bid of Don Roderick, Inc. to demolish the property at <br /> 412 W. Prairie for$13,400. <br />
