RESOLUTION NO. R 99-140 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> - NORSEMAN PLASTICS - <br /> - COMPOST BINS - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to negotiate an <br /> agreement with Norseman Plastics regarding the sale and distribution of compost bins in the City of <br /> Decatur, including publicity and public education concerning said bins, and that said Manager and City <br /> Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to sign, seal and attest said agreement on behalf of <br /> the City; provided that, in no event shall the City be obligated to spend in excess of Fifteen Thousand <br /> Dollars ($15,000.00), and any such funds shall be only those granted to the City by the State of Illinois <br /> for leaf collection and disposal purposes. � <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of August, 1999 <br /> �=------------.--�.� <br /> TERR � M.
