<br /> property damage $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate
<br /> contractual-broad form $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate
<br /> - automotive
<br /> bodily injury and property damage $1,000,000 combined single limit
<br /> (property damage must include non-owned, hired, lease or rented vehicles
<br /> as well as owned vehicles.)
<br /> (b) Romer Brothers shall provide certificates of the above insurance to the City's Risk
<br /> Manager, and said certificates shall show the City as an additional named insured on the general
<br /> liability and automotive policies. All certificates shall provide that the coverages set out therein may
<br /> not be reduced or canceled without giving at least thirty (30) days notice to the City.
<br /> 10. (a) Romer Brothers shall indemnify, defend, save and hold harmless the City and its
<br /> officers and employees, in both their individual and official capacities, from any and all liability,
<br /> losses, attorneys' fees or other costs of defense, expenses, demands, claims, damages, proceedings or
<br /> causes of action of any kind or nature, including but not limited to those pertaining to any federal or
<br /> state environmental statutes or regulations, that the City may suffer, incur, sustain or become liable
<br /> for due to any injury to, or death of, any person, or damage to any real or personal properiy, in any
<br /> way r�sulting from the negligent acts or omissions of Romer Brothers, its agents or assigns, in its
<br /> performance of its duties and obligations under this Agreement.
<br /> (b) Romer Erothers expressly agrees that the insurance coverage required by section (9)
<br /> he;eof does not in any way limit the responsibilities provided in this section.
