After one year they move to pay level2. After 2 years <br /> they move to pay level 3. The contractor may pay guards at any rate and adjust pay rates as <br /> seems appropriate according to good business judgment. <br /> The City of Decatur Human Resources Division will schedule all persons who have applied to be <br /> crossing guards for a drug screen.
