The City reserves the right to reject any <br /> and all proposals and to readvertise. Any contract that does result from <br /> proposals received will be subject to financial assistance contracts between the <br /> City and the U.S. Department of Transportation and the Illinois Department of <br /> Transportation. <br /> -2- <br />
