Ratekin,Assistant City Engineer uj�2 <br /> SUBJECT: Highway Authority Agreement <br /> An item on the agenda for the City Council Meeting of June 7, 1999, is an agreement <br /> allowing Delta Environmental Consulting access to City right-of-way. This agreement is <br /> necessary to allow Delta to place monitoring wells at the Amoco Gas Station at 2185 East Wood <br /> Street. The monitor wells are to be placed to determine if there is any groundwater <br /> contamination from the station's underground fuel tanks. The City has previously entered into a <br /> similar agreement for this same type of use. <br /> City staff will be present to answer questions of the Council. <br /> Attach: 2 <br /> cc: John Couter, Corporate Counsel <br /> Stephen P.
