Per direction from City Council, staff has prepared <br /> an interim contract providing for Ryder/ATE to operate the transit system. This extension would ', <br /> be effective July 1, 1999. The City of Decatur will agree to give Ryder/ATE 70 days notice of the ' <br /> termination of this agreement. <br /> Staff will be available to answer questions. ' <br />
