Martin Luther King Jr., <br /> Drive on February 1, 1999. As part of the agreement to purchase the property, the seller asked to <br /> remain in the residence for a few months while waiting for his new house to be completed. The <br /> lease will allow him to do so while providing the City with some protections and rights. <br />
