R99-88 . <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS <br /> - DECATUR PUBLIC TRANSIT SYSTEM - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Resolution No. R99-47, adopted April 5, 1999, be, and the same is <br /> hereby, rescinded and repealed. <br /> Section 2.
