Black& Veatch was asked
to submit a proposal for this work based on previous studies of this nature for other water utilities
, and their familiarity with the SWTP due to design and subsequent work. The study should take a
maximum of 45 days and cost a macimum of $21,700. Funding would come from the Water
Capital Fund.
It is recommended by staff that the City Council approve the award of a professional
services contract to Black&Veatch Corparation for the study. A resolution is attached.
attach: 2
