The project area will encompass Macon County, Illinois in its entirety. Macan <br /> County is approximately 580 square miles. The photography will be used to produce <br /> rectified aerial film positives. Within the incorporated areas of the County, all aerial <br /> photogaphy wilI be at a 1"=533' scale to produce 1"=100' aerial enlargements. <br /> Within the unincorporated areas of the County, all aeriat photography wiIl be at 1"=2000' <br /> scale to produce 1"=4{?0' scale aerial enlargements. <br /> Environmental Canditions <br /> Aerial photography will be obtained in the spring 1998 flying season, (weather permitting) <br /> when the sky is sufficientIy clear;the ground is sufficiently free from snow, haze, smoke, , <br /> dust, and cloud shadows;and deciduaus trees are sufficiently barren to permit the intended � <br /> uses of the photography. The solar angle must be 30 degrees or more above the horizon �� <br /> at ihe time of exposure. I <br /> Aeriar eamera <br /> The aerial cameras used will be a LMK 1523l23 and a LMK 10/30 precise aerial mapping <br /> camera(or equivalent)designed for vertical aeria(photography with a 9"x 9"format. To <br /> take advantage of modern photographic technology, the camera system shall be equipped <br /> with a low-distortion, high-resolution lens and forward motion compensation. <br /> Photographic Specifications <br /> Ov_erlau <br /> The overlap of individual exposures for both scales of photography must be between 55 <br /> and 65 percent, for an average of 60 percent. <br />
